Our Story
Terry Withers, Director of Forum Legal, started his recruitment journey working for a series of leading industry agencies, before moving to a city-based legal practice as a recruitment advisor.
He decided to move in-house to Dentons to experience an established recruitment function at a top international firm. He has since worked in-house for Ashurst, Re-Link (Linklaters), and Howard Kennedy.
Terry has an in-depth understanding of the challenges faced by lawyers – he's married to one! This personal connection, combined with his professional expertise, fuels his dedication to advancing the careers of legal professionals while contributing to the growth of client firms. He finds immense fulfilment in making a positive impact on an industry that stands at the heart of our society.
